WorkMoves Consulting Inc. was founded on a simple but powerful premise: performance is not accidental. It is designed. It is ‘choreographed’ to ensure that systems, people, and processes are aligned with the organization’s strategic vision and business objectives. With over 40 years of combined experience implementing change and building competence at work, we recognize the friction that occurs when strategy and execution are misaligned. Our journey has been dedicated to bridging that gap.

Out of this deep operational history, we developed the Rapid Response Orientation System (R.R.O.S.). It is more than a framework; it is a proprietary methodology designed to optimize individual, team, and organizational performance and harmonize efforts across the enterprise – large or small. We created this system to give organizations a tested and reliable way to navigate the complexities of modern performance, providing the clarity needed to thrive in a changing world of work.

WorkMoves - The Inspiration behind the name

Our name, WorkMoves, was inspired by the unexpected and harmonious 'choreography' witnessed in a once small, now successful eatery. This experience demonstrated that successful work, regardless of the environment, is a well-choreographed dance where people work with purpose, support each other, and believe they are making a meaningful contribution, even finding a measure of joy in their work.
